Pelafino pasta is carefully made for different occasions. The shape of the Pelafino products is obtained by selecting several types. Different recipes require different thickness and shape of pasta, which Pelafino products have. Hollow forms of pasta are chosen for dishes that need to be oven-baked. Round pasta (macaroni) and pasta with a ribbed surface are used for sauce dressing dishes. Thin pasta is used for dishes served with spicy hot sauce.
